I am an Illinois native who relocated to the Southwest for several years before returning to the Midwest recently to be closer to family.

I loved the sunsets and the mountains in Arizona. I got to work with horses during my last months there, loved seeing real-life cowboys and the landscape that was so different from where I grew up.

The lifestyle of those two places was as different as night and day. Some things I didn’t miss in the Midwest to which I will have to again adjust are driving in the snow, the summer humidity, and the higher property taxes.  But it’s all about relationships, right? I missed my family and many of my friends. To me, relationships are the most important thing and are something to be nurtured, so as much as I loved getting to experience Arizona, it was time to leave.

I am the mom of one amazing grown son and an adorable grandson.

My career started in fashion and cosmetics, and I love all things related to houses from the design inception to the finished product of a comfortable home.  I am a design graduate of The Art Institute, am certified in Home Staging, and am currently a licensed Real Estate Agent in Arizona.
